Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at srameshkmr48@gmail.com
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until your current billing period ends
  • No cancellation fees apply

Refund Policy

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the service. No questions asked.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your reason for the refund request.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for one-time purchases of digital content that has already been delivered or accessed, unless the content was defective or not as described.
